We have appetizers such as Escargot, Shrimp Remoulade, Broccoli Mushroom Fondue and New Orleans Mini Crab Cakes which range from $8 to $12. Seasonal appetizers may also be available.
Our entrees vary but we always have a beef, pork, chicken and fish entree. The prices range from $18 to $23 and may have specials that are higher priced.
Available desserts may include….New-Orleans style double Chocolate Eclairs, White Chocolate Cheesecake, Bread Pudding, Carrot Cake, Creme Brulee, Grown-up Strawberry Shortcake and Flour-less Chocolate Torte,

Eclair Bistro is a family owned and operated fine dining restaurant located in Old Town Cedar Hill. The Chefs, Aaron and Lynn, are a son and mother team who recreate authentic New Orleans and classic French cuisine using the freshest of seasonal ingredients. All of the soups, salad dressings, appetizers, entrees and desserts are hand made in house; and are delicious, aromatic and esthetically pleasing.
We are open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and are available for holiday and special event dining.
